Rivera is one operating system, not a plugin marketplace. The integrations below come bundled, configured, and maintained — no third-party app store, no broken connectors, no workflow tools to wire up.
These are configured and working from day one. Connect your account, flip them on, and go.
Payment processing for products, invoices, subscriptions, deposits, and payment plans. One-click OAuth setup. One unified transaction rate for everything Rivera processes — no app stacking.
Automatic sales tax calculation by customer location. Every checkout gets the right rate for the right jurisdiction. No quarterly tax spreadsheet, no missed filings.
Print-on-demand dropshipping. OAuth connect, products sync automatically, orders route to Printful on purchase with auto-confirm. Status updates flow back into Rivera via webhook.
Shipping label creation and live tracking. Rate tables by country, state, and weight. Carrier tracking updates push automatically to the order record and trigger customer shipment notifications.
SMS messaging, inbound and outbound. Rivera provisions a Twilio subaccount for every customer, so you get your own business phone number. Inbound texts land directly in your CRM as new leads or replies.
Transactional email delivery. Order confirmations, password resets, contract signing invites, review requests — all sent from your domain with proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
OAuth-connected insights directly in your Rivera dashboard. Traffic, search impressions, local listing signals — all visible next to your revenue and operations data.
Server-side Facebook and Instagram ad tracking. Conversions API works even when browsers block the pixel — so your ad data stays accurate in an iOS-17+ world.
Contract signing with a field editor, multi-recipient routing, and webhook-backed signature events. Built directly into Rivera Contracts — no separate DocuSign or HelloSign subscription needed.
Powers Lumo AI with your business context — customers, orders, content, metrics, tone. Not a bolted-on chatbot; Lumo understands your business because Rivera owns the data layer.
Most "all-in-one" platforms still expect you to assemble them. Rivera doesn't.
Workflows between integrations are built in. Your payment doesn't need to "trigger" a CRM update — it's the same system.
No middleware subscription, no "glue software" invoice, no integration team to hire.
Your subscription covers every integration. No "premium connectors", no per-task metering, no Zapier "multi-step zap" upcharges.
Rivera handles token refresh, webhook verification, retry logic, and monitoring. You flip integrations on, we keep them on.
Integrations our early-access customers have asked for, in priority order.
Two-way sync for customers, invoices, and payments — for businesses that need accounting parity.
Team notifications for new orders, new leads, contract signings, and pipeline events.
For the rare case you need to pipe Rivera data to a niche external tool.
REST API with scoped tokens for custom integrations and developer workflows.

Rivera is an operating system, not a Zapier replacement. If there's a core integration the platform is missing that would serve many businesses, we'll build it directly. For one-off custom integrations, a public API is on our longer-term roadmap. In the meantime, tell us what you need — we prioritize roadmap based on what early-access customers actually use.
No. Rivera handles the integration plumbing. You connect via OAuth where available (Google, Stripe, Printful) or enter a single credential once (Twilio, Mailgun). No webhook endpoints to configure, no token rotation to track.
We monitor it. Rivera has health checks on every integration and alerts the platform team when one goes down. You don't debug Stripe webhooks or Google OAuth refresh tokens — that's our job.
Rivera's approach is the opposite of Zapier. Instead of connecting many siloed tools, we bundle them. The integrations you need to run a small business are already inside Rivera, already talking to each other, with no workflow-building required. If you have a niche external tool you need to pipe into Rivera, Zapier support is on our roadmap.
