The pain

Running a contractors business shouldn't feel like this.

Most contractors are running their business across five different logins. Here's what that actually looks like.

Leads disappear between your site and your phone.

Your contact form emails you. You forget to follow up. The text from a new prospect is buried under crew group chats. No pipeline, no tracking — just hoping nothing slips.

Every job is a paperwork scavenger hunt.

Quote in Word. Estimate in Excel. Contract emailed as PDF. Invoice through QuickBooks. Review request on a sticky note. Nothing connected, and the client sees the seams.

You bill late because you bill from memory.

Work gets done, months pass, and somehow there's still $8,000 in unsent invoices. Without a work-to-invoice pipeline, cashflow depends on how good your spreadsheet discipline is on a Sunday night.

Lead → Job → Paid → Reviewed.

Every step of a typical contracting job, in one platform. No app switching, no double entry, no jobs falling through the cracks.

1

Lead capture

Site contact form and inbound SMS land directly in your Rivera CRM. Every lead has a timeline of every email, text, and note — nothing lives in your phone alone.

2

Estimate & contract

Build a work order, convert it to a proposal, and send it for e-signature. The client signs, the deposit hits Stripe, the job is officially on the books.

3

Job in progress

Assign tasks to your crew with role-based access. Track time per job. Update status as work progresses. Clients see a clean record, you see what every crew member is on.

4

Invoice & get paid

One click from the work order generates the final invoice. Client pays via Stripe — card, ACH, or payment plan. No QuickBooks export, no manual reconciliation.

5

Review & referral

Rivera automatically requests a review when the job is marked complete. Reviews land on your site (moderated by you), feed future lead generation, and close the loop.

What matters for contractors

The modules contractors use every day.

Rivera includes everything. These are the modules contractors use every day.

Work Orders & Proposals

Build scopes, line items, and totals. Send as a proposal, collect e-signature, convert to an active job when approved. Change orders tied to the same record.

CRM with SMS

Inbound texts from your business line land straight in the CRM — no more missed leads buried in personal messages. Every lead has a full communication timeline.

Contracts & E-Signature

Scope agreements, warranties, change orders, subcontractor agreements. Build once, reuse on every job, collect legally-binding signatures without leaving Rivera.

Payments & Deposits

Collect deposits at signing, progress payments mid-job, final invoice at completion. Stripe-powered, with one clear transaction rate — no app stacking.

Questions contractors ask.

If yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Can I manage subcontractors and crew members?

Yes. Add team members with role-based permissions, assign work orders and tasks, and track time per job per person. Each team member sees only what they need.

How do change orders work?

Change orders are tied to the original work order. Create one inside the job, send for e-signature, collect the adjusted deposit — everything stays in one record the client can reference.

What about QuickBooks?

QuickBooks sync is on our roadmap. Today, Rivera handles invoicing and payment collection directly via Stripe, and you can export payment and customer data for your accountant in standard CSV.

How long until I can actually use it?

Early access contractors are operational within a week of onboarding. We help import your existing customer list, set up your first work order template, and get Stripe connected. Rivera launches to the general public in 2026.
